Exchange a celeron m to a pentium m processor? possible or not?

i wanted to know if it is possible to interchange a celeron m processor in a HP nx6110 laptop to a pentium m processor? If there is what are the conditions or things that needs to be taken into considerations before the change or is it straigth forward?
