I am offering to a customer to install MsExchange 5.5
Can they have a calender per person and a shared calender for the organisation which is readable and editable by various persons in the organisation so they can check conferences, deadlines, etc.
How can I do this?

Ps Is there an tool with which I can sync at determined times with POP3 boxes at the provider. There is a dialup connection.
