Exchange – General question

Hi. I just had to change someone’s login ID and e-mail address. Everything in Active Directory references her new name – but for some reason when she sends e-mail’s – the recipient still see’s her old name in the “from” field. The e-mail address itself has successfully changed – but the name that displays is the old. What am I missing?
