Exchange – Inbox Multiple Clients Outlook 2003

I have Outlook 2003 on XP Pro with Exchange 2000. I also have Outlook 2000 on another computer. On my 2003 computer, it pulls the mail off the server. I can not find the switch to stop removing the inbox files from the server. I know where it is for POP3, but not Exchange.

Probably delivering to a PST file

On the OL2003 PC, go to Tools->Options->Mail Setup->Email Accounts and click Next. Make sure the “Deliver new email to the following location” is set to “Mailbox” and not a PST file.
