Exchange Mail Counting Script

Does anyone know of a Script (or any other way) to count the email that has been received by specific mailboxes over a period of time, like 30 days? I have an office that charges a fee for each emial that is received by an exchange user. I am running windows 2000 server with exchange 5.5. Any help would be appriciated.
