Exchange mail going to wrong mailboxes

    Locked

My exchange server hit the 16GB limit. I used eseutil /d to decompress and now it can mount. However, the messages are going to wrong mailboxes. What I do?

I am afraid you are going to have to call Microsoft. For $245 they will assist you until the problem is resolved. This is a much better deal than using an integrator that is going to charge you $160 and hour.

Your problem however leads me to beleive that you have corruption in Active Directory.

My experience with Microsoft’s Exchange and Active Directory support groups has been great. Besides you need help right now not 4-5 days from now when someone sees this and can actually help you.

Are you using a POP3 Connector? Recheck settings for that to ensure mail is going to correct mailboxes. There are too many makes of POP3 connector (other than the one with SBS) to give a proper diagnosis.
