Exchange mail

I am getting the deleivery status notification (failure) whenever I send a mail to one of exchange user using Microsoft outlook.

But he is still getting the mail.

Can any one please provide the solution.

It might just be a slowdown on the network..

When you send data the computer puts a time limit on it, if it goes over this time threshold then it times it out. Hence your failure notification of your email. You might want to find out if there are any problems that are building up on your network. Give your computer a good clean out with:
And also make sure your drives are up to scratch by doing a defrag:
