Exchange Mailbox limit

Hi Does anyone know if there is a size limit for an exchange mailbox? if no limits are set will it just keep growing? i know .pst's have a 2gb limit but does the same apply for exchange mailboxes.

individual boxes can ...but it's not by default.

The Exchange Server Information Store has a limit of 16 GB which can be increased to 72 GB. If the Information Store reaches the limit, it will not mount [dismount] and mail will be distrupted. So you can limit individual mailbox size with quotas but it's not really recommended because it's a pain in the butt to administrate. Users constantly complain and having to change the quota thus change the documentation can end up being a daily task.
