Greetings!
I’m hoping you can help me with an Exchange issue. In short, if I go to a users AD profile and go to his Exchange settings, then Storage Limits, the I get the 2GB limit message if I try to go over the 2GB limit.
But if I go to the storage group properties in System Manager, I can easily exceed the limits in those settings without getting the 2GB limit warning.
First, why the discrepancy? And second, I have 4 different levels in the storage group. The user I would like to increase is in the 512MB limit group. I don’t know how to move him to a different storage group (that option is grayed out in AD User manager) and his Exchange Storage limits in that same tool won’t let me exceed 2GB.
I would really appreciate some help here!
