Exchange Mystery

I have been having issues with one user regarding Exchange. We primarily use Exchange for calendar and schedule sharing, our email isn't routed through Exchange at this time. This one particular user doesn't receive anything sent to his Exchange mailbox from other Exchange users. He doesn't get emails, calendar share requests, etc. I'm at a loss as to why. Anyone have any ideas? What am I not doing right?!

Sounds like a client problem

I would try to create a new Outlook profile for the user on the PC. See it you can then connect to the server properly.

Also check on the exchange server to see if there is anything showing in the users mailbox for message count.

Message Tracking Clear

Message Tracking says the messages are being delivered to the users inbox, but they aren't. I've tried creating a new profile as well, that didn't work either.
