Exchange not receiving external email, but internal email perfect

Please help, been 7 hours now, and hair is getting even more grey!!

Ok, the situ is

Adding a new user, going through normal routine in Active Directory/Users, etc, etc

BUT and the big BUT

New using receiving internal email, can send out to the outside world email, but not receiveng any, all going to adminstrator@domain.name

Im lost now never ever seen this
