Exchange & Outlook Public Folders

Hi,

I’m no IT person, but am on a project with a directory involving Active Directory, and Public Folders.

I’ve several issues, one of them being thant I need to get a headquarters directory both available for the HQ and local branches, but with telephone numbers made unaivalable for branches.

I’m wondering in which direction i should get our It guys look (although my feeling is I may have to get external people to work on it).

What would seems good is to have two public folders with one of them for branches usages. The agencie folder would be a replica of the HQ folder, on to which telephone numbers would be scraped.
An other unice thing is I would still need some telephone numbers to show up into the directory used by branches.

Do you have any suggestions ?
