Exchange OWA reply button is not working

We use an Exchange 5.5 mail server. The problem we face is that suddently one day, I could not reply or forward to a mail message using Outlook Web Access. If I click the reply button then nothing happens.

I noticed that this problem affects only some of the mailboxes (not all).

Furthermore I found out that the OWA "out of office" notification option is not working for some mailboxes, too.

Also, there is a mailbox that whenever I try to access it in the Configuration->Servers->Private Information Store -> Mailbox resources, I get this error message: "An unexpected, unknown error has occured MAPI or an unspecified service provider ID no: 8004011b-0000-00000000".

I can not delete this mailbox. If I try to delete it I get this error message:

"An internal processing error has occured. Try restarting the Microsoft Exchange Administrator program or the Microsoft Exchange Server computer or both. Microsoft Exchange Information Store ID no: c1040af4"

Any ideas what is going on and how can I repair all of these problems?

One thing to check is on your IIS server. Make sure that the users all have the same access to the folder on the disk as well as on IIS. Maybe different groups, check group policy. Then try it again.

Hope that helps the first problem, ill do some more research on the others.
