Exchange problems with rules & meetings

i have 2 sites. Site A&B. site A has an exchange server; i then installed a new exchange server - moved about 20 accounts across to the new server. I then took this new server over to SiteB. Thus 2 sites each with their own exchange server. The problem i have now on site B is that the meetings are a mess, and the existing rules in Outlook do not work.

I am using Exchange 5.5

Any advise would be appreciated.
