You could use Sharepoint.

Or you could use a third-party software tool.

Or you could create a central calendar and allow all members of the office to have view and edit rights to it. Check this Slipstick page for some ideas: http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm

access calendar through public folders
You could create a calendar and give everyone access to it in public folders this is another way you could do it.

you can simply create a new Calendar folder in Public Folders and grant permissions through the Properties dialog for the folder.

Using one person as administrator..

by niall In reply to Exchange Question/Problem ...

I solved this for a small network by dedicating one person as the Global Calander Administrator , and simply sharing out his calander (right click, Sharing...)

When adding a new user I set up the shared system by choosing "Open a shared calander" and entering the calander admins name. Once its shared, I rename it to Global Calander.

The admin can create a second, private calander, if desired. But note that sharing calanders is _much_ easier if it is the first calander you choose to share. There are lots of problems with permissions if you try and open calanders from someone not sharing their first one.

This simple solution has been working perfectly well in our small office for some months now.
