Exchange sending the e-mail 2x !!

Hi,

We have an MS Exchange server5.5 on the network and sometimes when people send us e-mail it came in twice. It looks like the message has been sent twice. This only happen on e-mail that was sent from certain addresses.

Is there some settings on Exchange server that I should check?
