For exchange to recieve e-mail on an address the address needs to be in the Global Address List and associated with an e-mail box.

Are both addresses you want to recieve on present on each account?

If not you can use the System Manager to add the missing addresses for you.

Go to the Recipients container, Recipient Policies and Default Policy.

Add a new SMTP Address, with the address set to @yourdomain.com (@yourdomain.co.uk should already be present).

Applying the changes will prompt a question asking if you want all accounts to be updated with the new e-mail address.

Provided the MX record for the domain points at your server you should now be able to recieve e-mail on those addresses.

Setting as primary in the default policy or on each account would make the .com address the Reply address for senders.

Hope that helps you out.
