I set up my Exchange server connects to an ISP to get email using dialup connection. I schedule it to dial out every 15 minutes but it never dials out to the ISP. The only time it gets mail is when I started the connection to the ISP using Internet Explorer. For some reasons, after I quit IE, the modem is still connected to the ISP, and because of that, the Exchange Server goes out and and gets mail for us. Once I reset the modem by turning it off and on, the Exchange Server never dials out again. Couldanyone help me on this problem?
