Exchange Server 5.5 Relaying

I have an Exchange Server 5.5 server set up to prevent relaying and a user has reported that whenever she tries to send to her e-mail address at home, she gets the following error: The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

The recipient was unavailable to take delivery of the message
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=DuluthTransit;l=MAILMAN-03121**60640Z-2878

I have tried sending from my computer as well and get the same error and also from telnet. I have tested with my wireless laptop and I can send to that address and other juno addresses with no problem. I've tried adding the juno domain name to the address space in the IMS properties as an SMTP type address as well as a few other things and no success. Any idea what I can do to allow sending e-mail to addresses at
