Exchange Server database not reduce size

When i'm deleting any user account exchange server database is not releasing the space, still showing same database file size, what i have to do if i want to reduce database size?

That is correct, Exchange will do some online defragging by moving data about but not change the size. There is no advantage of reducing the size and when new accounts or new mail is added to the database it will use the free space automatically.

If its really necessary to reduce the space, you need to dismount the store and run the ESEUTIL tool with the defrag option.

I tried before offline defragment also but size of edb file decrease little bit but stm files increase so didn't get much benefits.
