We are experiencing a recurring problem every couple of days. We have an outbound Exchange 5.5 SMTP server with Web Shield installed on it. It is using Site Connector to connect. The problem is that the server locks or hangs every 24 to 48 hours. It is like clockwork. We also have another Exchange 5.5 SMTP server with the same setup with two exceptions; it uses a X.400 connector and it is for inbound Internet mail. That server (inbound) doesn?t have any issues and has only neededrestarted once in the last couple of months. I guess my question is there any patches or issues with Web Shield with NT with Service Pack 5, Exchange 5.5 with SP3 or with SITE Connector? If not, do you have any suggestions to what might be causing this occurrence? I appreciate your time.
