Exchange sub-domaiin

I have a number of domains registered and all of them at the moment are pointing to our main domain. I would like to utilize our Exchange 2000 which is part of SBS 2000 and be able to send and receive email using one of our other domains. How would I be able to achieve this using my existing Exchange server?
