Exchange Traffic Monitoring Tool?

Is there a tool out there that I could use to generate usage reports on our external users? For example, people here internally e-mailing each other all day long, passing jokes with large MPEG files, etc…

I can monitor mail that passes through our SMTP gateway, however that only gives me part of the picture. I’m looking for things like how many e-mails per day does Sally e-mail Jane within our Exchange server, etc. I’m not so interested in the content of the message – but things like how many mails in a certain period of time, number or size of file attachments, etc…

We’re running Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 platform.
