We are currently Running Exchange 2003 Enterprise SP2 and have a user who randomly looses e-mails. He has a windows mobile pda with active sync as well as outlook 2003 on his desk. He came back to me with the problem discussing his pda and while he was here an e-mail arrived. Opened it and looked at then got out. All the sudden it disappeared. Went into Outlook 2003 not there. I checked the message tracking and it shows it was delivered to his mailbox. Checked deleted items. Searched all folders. Made sure views were set to all messages. Checked in the recover deleted item bin. Found nothing. Anyone ever seen this before? Any ideas?
