I have a client who is running MS Exchange v5.5 SP4 on a Windows NT v4.0 SP6a server. Whenever an application, like Backup Exec’s Email Notification, calls the Outlook mail client (on a workstation) to send an email with an attachment, the attachment gets “stripped” from the mail message.
This does NOT happen when sending the email from Outlook directly. The attachments WILL get sent with the mail.
Any suggestions???
