Exchange2K OWA

Help?,

I have configured my Win2K Server with Exchange2K and also
setup OWA. However when I try to access the OWA interface
I get the following error http/1.1 5.3 Service unavailable.

Then when I look into the MMC Console IIS I see an Error
under Default Web Site for Public, ExchWeb and Exchange. Actually I have half sorted the problem which I found the ansewer in Technet, but when I login with OWA I can only see the directories I cannot see the web pages. And still see the Error icon in IIS.
