please help me in this matter im having a exchange server 2003 the MX record is placed in a different location and all the incoming emails are redirected to our static ip there is problem in sending emails to most of the domains but gmail works fine receiving works properly through any domain but sending sometimes to yahoo delays about 2-3 hours hotmail totally bounces.
