Has anyone ever used DjVu? Its a pdf type format with its own compression technique and viewer. Great for reducing file sizes over the net.
I need to deliver some DjVu documents over the net. Users can create CDs of the documents. The PDF documents need to expire after 30 days so that users have to download new versions of the document.
What is the best / easiest way of doing this ? The solution does not have to be mega complex as something as easy as just comparing the system date versus the file created date would suffice if a message came on-screen informing users that new updates were available.
