Explorer prob

I got a bit of a weird issue that you may be able to help me with.

Sometimes when im doing something (in word, excel or whatever), windows will switch tasks and put me into windows explorer. Even if im actualy typing or just veiwing. The program im in varies, but it always switches me to explorer. Explorer has to be open already and it does this about evert 5-10 mins.

When im actually in explorer it also sometimes does what appears to be an ‘arrange icons’ comand and resorts the list im looking at.

Not a major prob, but its getting bloddy annoying.
