exporting Incredimail

I've come to the conclusion that Incredimail is not the email client for me. I have two computers and successfully exported from Incredimail to Outlook Express using Incredimail Backup Pro 2.7 (30 day demo version). This only allowed 50 messages at a time but worked great. IncrediConvert failed because Incredimail versionis newer than 5.0.

My problem: when I downloaded and tried on second computer using "Pro", I click Extract to EML, but the fields for "Select the account you want extract mail" and "Account information" are blank-seems not to recognize the Incredimail account.

I'm lost. Worked on 1st 'puter but not second. Both have same OS, both Incredimail 5.8.5, both with Outlook Express.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
