Exporting MS Outlook Schedules

We are using WinRoute Pro 4.0 as our mailserver and Outlook Express as the client e-mail software. We use MS Outlook ’97 for creating our weekly schedules. How do you go about exporting or e-mailing the weekly schedule as an attachment with the usage of Outlook Express 5.5?
