Exporting MS Outlook Schedules

By TBWolfe ·
We are using WinRoute Pro 4.0 as our mailserver and Outlook Express as the client e-mail software. We use MS Outlook '97 for creating our weekly schedules. How do you go about exporting or e-mailing the weekly schedule as an attachment with the usage of Outlook Express 5.5?

Exporting MS Outlook Schedules

Sounds fairly simple. I first need to know what format you want the schedules in. Text? .pst? (outlook default), etc. Lets say you want .pst - First open outlook, click on File, then Import and Export, then choose Export to a file, then choose the format you want, be it comma delimited, or .pst, etc.

Lastly, choose what you want exported, most likely the Tasks or Calander. Once done, attach the file to anything you'd like including an email message.

I reccomend using Automate in the future to automate this task on either a daily, weekly, monthly or custom basis.
