Exporting Outlook Group Tasks to Access

We are using Microsoft Outlook 2002. I am able to copy a Group Tasks folder to my local machine as a .pst file using MicroSoft Outlook’s Import/Export feature. Once the folder has been saved locally the same feature allows you to export the .pst file into an Access Database. The VP of our Loss Control Department now uses the database to create his report instead of doing it manually. The problem I have is that there is one particular field that is not being exported. The field is “Task Owner”. I have found advanced features for filtering the data that is to be exported, but am unable to find a way to export this particular field. The question I have is this; Can this field be exported? If so, then how? If not, then why not?
