Exposed print server ports on NT 4.0

I have an NT print server with OS nt4.0. I have just noticed all the win 2k pro desktops have the ability to change the ports (IP address) from their desktops.

The problem is they are actually changing IP address on the server.

So any user could bring down the whole print server.

Is the problem that we give the user full administrator rights on the client PC?

Help?
