We are hosting our own emails on MS Exchange 2007. One of the distribution lists we have is a AllStaff.OfficeName list.
We have a problem now where random emails sent from external sources to either a single or multiple recipients (Not to any distribution lists) in our company is getting bounced back saying they don’t have permission to send to our AllStaff distribution list.
How are mails being sent to a specific person end up in the distribution list? Are they being redirected somehow and how can I fix this?
