extract data to txt file

a vendor submitted a database file (.dbf) which contains two fields i’m interested in. the fileds are X & Y. the values in these fields are integers. i’d like to extract the X & Y values for each record to a single comma delimited text file. MS Access 2000 is the only software i own that can read the file. any suggestions would be appreciated.
