Try contacting Facebook support directly to resolve the issue. Nobody here can fix it for you.

Check if your phone has sufficient storage to receive incoming messages. Try deleting any unnecessary messages from your mobile phone and free up some space in order to receive further text messages. Restart your phone and check if you have received any two-factor authentication code from Facebook.

If you can’t receive your two-factor authentication codes by phone or authentication app, there are still things you can do. SMS codes can sometimes take time to arrive. Check your phone again in a while. If you are logged in from another browser or device, check your notifications.

Add another number from the setting

Hi, if you have lost the number on which two factor authentication is on so its not a big issue we have recently faced such issue on rabi crops details account. As the solution is to add the second number in your facebook account and then make it the primary contact number. after that remove the old number and you will be able to on the factor authentication on the new number.
