Can you tell what difficulties you faced and how you did overcome them when you did not only open this website, but managed to post a question also?

The general trouble shooting for browser issues is:
1. Try another browser.
2. Try another Windows account.
The solution depends on the results of these experiments.

If it’s just one site that gives issues, it’s not your PC, it’s the site. Contact them and tell them about your issues. They are the only one that can fix them.
