Failure to print last section of doc

OS = Windows XP Pro SP1
Suite = Office XP Pro SP2
Application = Word 2002

Sometimes a document is not printed in full leaving the last third of a page unprinted.
No error messages
This problem shows in print preview.
This is an intermittant problem.
If print preview is OK then the print is OK
Any help appreciated
