Faulty Yahoo Mail Lacks Customer Care

by handyman . Updated 23 years, 7 months ago

I cannot send text messages or attachments with my Yahoo email. This ongoing problem contiues and has lasted several weeks.

My anger and frustration with Yahoo Customer Care Canada has promted me to find a new email server. I was told by an email recipient that my text messages and attachments bounced off their server and just disappeared. The subject line and reply address arrives intact. I can send a Yahoo Greeting, but not access my Address Book. And few months back, I was advised to download Chinese Simplified text (the popup window would not go away) and I my English lanquage Yahoo was replaced with the Chinese language. Each attempt to contact Yahoo has resulted in anger and frustration. I have tryed their neverending array of Help Answers with no success. Has anyone ever reached a real person at Yahoo? Has anyone ever had problems with their Yahoo mail and found customer satifaction?

I use Windows 2000, Internet Explorer 6.0, 196 mb ram, 300 mhz and cable internet access (switched to Netscape 7.0 and email worked for awhile)and Panda Titanium Antivirus.

My experience tells me that Yahoo does recognise or treat their customers as people, rather as in my case, I am KMM64569294V39061L0KM.

Sincerely, Ian Nelson
