In word and Excel,Open and save options under file menu not working.When the application is closed it asks if the file needs to be saved, but does not save the file and keeps popping the same save box again and again.Also the file size of office application has been increasing.Office 2000 has been reinstalled, a virus scan has been done but to no result. please suggest a solution.its urgent.The problem is spreading on many pc’s.
