File options of a Scanned Paper

By Roark83 ·
I would like to import (into .xls?) a copy of a paper that I receive each week from the main office in another state. They send the paper to my printer each week (from Oracle) and I would like to convert it to a spreadsheet, database, etc.(in microsoft office or wordperfect). This wasy I can send it by email attachment to the proper team leader's home computer. Is there an easy solution?

I don't totally understand the question, but if you recieve a papar copy of the file you can try scanning the paper and use OCR to read the raw text then input that into an excel file.

Other then that you might try getting the people in the main office to email the file to you so you can edit and/or forward it onto the relevant people.

Unfortunately that doesn't help too much. I have a 16 page document that I am receiving from my printer (from another state) that I am trying to easily email to 16 other people. The big boys (from where the document originates don't like converting files too often. I thought I might be able to avoid that conversation.
