File transfer problem

I have windows NT server and windows NT client machines.The client is in the domain of server.

There is an application called FileStoreManager in CLIENT which will transfer certain files from client to server periodically.Earlier it was working. But recently I restarted server and client. After that the transfer of files is not happening.

In the Windows NT event viewer on Client I am getting an error:”FileStoreManager could not move files to the directory on Server” and the event id is 19.

What should I do so in order to retore the file transfer process?

Could anybody help me with some information about this event id 19…?

(The communication between Server and Client seems to OK.I am able browse the files of Server from Client and vice versa..)
