I’d like you help me with this situation.
I am an independent consultant in the process to engage a project but I going to outsource the most of this. However in the earliers interviews with my client I went alone, but in the next meeting when I’ll show the project proposal my partner(the outsourcer) be with me to explain the proposal.
So which could be the better way to explain the situation to my client?…because I feel that my client could see me just like a broker.
What are you experience on this kind of situation?
