Got the blaster worm opening phony Microsoft email with fake service. Was half asleep, Norton AntiVirus quarentined after 4 tries. Cant run anything under Win/XP, can’t find Rundll32.exe. Can’t try to fix – can’t find Helpctr.exe. System came bundled with XP on partitioned drive and no CDs included (Sytemax – AsSeenOnTV.com). Restoring to an earlier woking vesion did not work. How to I fix the damage results of this virus so I do not lose anything? Please help and expedite, I NEED my system to live!
