What 64 bit?

AND PLEASE STOP SHOUTING!

Look for your OS here, but it should be supported just fine. But you have to install a 32-bit browser.

Win 7 ultimate 64 bit IE8

by hdjdf In reply to What 64 bit?

you dont have to install a 32 bit version of IE8 in Win 7 ultimnate, it is the defult browser, you can start the 64 bit browser from the start menu, but it currently has several limitations for the moment, I think most add ons are blocked by the 64 bit browser for now, the 32 bit browser works fine, the 64 bit IS noticeably faster, if thats lack of add ons or being 64 bit is unknown to me

which is the entire point of this.

If you know something different, please help the OP.

Or let me know when you get a 64-bit and 32-bit version of IE installed in the same OS at the same time.
