Folder Migration from NT to SNAP Server

Am looking to move Folders (with associated Permissions) from a Windows NT 4.0 server to a SNAP server. Does anyone have a process to do so quickly? At this point I can only see setting up folders on the SNAP, moving data and then recreating Permission ….. a looooooong process as there are 100’s of Folders, sub Folders, etc.
