I have reviewed about 25 different programs and none will do what I need.
I simply need to place a password on several user folders. Each user has a folder they put documents in. I would like a program where I can place a different password on each folder that is required to open the folder. I need NO encryption. Just the ability to place different password for different folders.
Problems with all the progams I’ve tried:
-Use a single password for all files protected
-use encryptionto replace original files
-run in the background
I just want a simple program that will prompt me for a password when I try to open a folder. I need to be able to assign a different password to each folder. Does anyone know of a program that does this. I am not on a network where Group Policies can be implemented, so I need a 3rd party program
