Folder System 32

Hi, Every time I reboot my Laptop/ WinXP Home Edition, this Folder System 32 opens, the computer is working just fine, it just annoying to have this folder opens everytime, I deleted the shortcut in StartUp but no success, any suggestions? Thank you.
