Fonts not comming along

Have a user that gets a word doc that is sent via email as an attachment. When he opens the Word Doc from Outlook or saves the Word Doc and then tries to open it, the fonts are garbage. When the attachment is sent to another user and they open it they see it just fine. Also, when that person saves the Word Doc on the server, the user that couldn’t read the Doc from their own machine is able to read the document from the server just fine. Help.
