For anyone that has enabled/used hyper-v
If you have used Hyper-V before and your ram is always at high usage then disable it.
when you see that task managers prosses list doesn’t add up to the amount of ram used its probably Hyper-V. if you have not enabled it in the past, don’t enable it to try to solve the issue.
Windows usually takes 3-5GB of ram at idle so if you only have 4GB of ram, don’t worry.
